Hometown Furniture and Mattress is a retailer who offers manufacturer’s products direct to consumers. Any product issues will be referred to the manufacturer for warranty service. Our manufacturers use a third-party technician to help facilitate all product service or repairs. While we make every attempt to process manufacturer warranties in a timely manner, there are aspects outside our control such as supply chain availability, parts production timeframes and repair appointment scheduling that can add delays to the warranty service. We appreciate your patience as we work with the manufacturer and technician to facilitate your repair. In all cases, manufacturer's written warranties supersede any verbal representation made by any person on behalf of our company.
